Terrible experience! Predatory and disorganized company! To be fair, I arrived at 5:40 for an oil change so I suppose this could be rush hour. It was very busy and they were backed up. I was told it would be about a 45 min wait so I asked if I could leave and run some errands. I was told yes and I just needed to provide my name and phone number. I was shocked that this was all I needed to provide and didn't they need to know what kind of oil change I needed? I asked to make sure and was told yep, we'll just call you. I asked for the price and was told $70. I said are you sure? That seems steep as I usually pay around $40. The employee went to ask and came back and said it would be around $40. Ironically, the errand I was running was to Verizon since I've been having phone problems. Apparently Jiffy Lube tried to call me but I never got a missed call or voicemail. I hadn't heard anything but walked back at 6:40 to Jiffy Lube. I was then told that they were unable to perform to oil change because they didn't have all the information they needed from me. I should NEVER have been allowed to leave the premises without them getting this information from me. Which is all the more frustrating because I prodded the employee and kept asking was he sure he had all the information he needed from me. If he had said we'll call you for your details and information I would have said, my phone isn't working correctly, can I just give you what you need to know before I leave. I was extremely annoyed but was told they'd get right to it. I'm then asked to provide my details and information on which oil change I'd like and they cheapest option is $55. Not the $40 I'd been told originally. I disclosed this and the employee apologized and said she'd find a coupon to "get me down to around that price." Oil change didn't take long but it's past 7 pm. I then go to pay and am charged $58, so no coupon to "get me down" to the price I was originally quoted. It was late and I was so frustrated that I forgot ask about this. I then get in my car and there isn't even a reminder sticker for my next oil change. Very unimpressed and seems like they intentionally try to trick and take advantage of you and then don't offer what you're promised when THEY mess up. I will NOT be returning here expect for my free oil top off I was promised and we'll see if that's even honored. Not expecting much.

AVOID at all costs. Here are the details: I have been a customer of the Boulder station for 8 years with 3 vehicles. Regrettably, today will be my last visit. I went in with my 2003 Tacoma around 1:30PM and asked for a regular lube with 2 special requests: (1) use 10W40 oil instead of the recommended 5W30, and (2) set all tires to a pressure of 31psi. I was the only customer in the shop when I got in so it’s not like the crew was in a rush. Problem #1: They work on my truck and I notice they are using quart containers of oil instead of the pump. Being careful with my truck, I keep a close eye, and on the last quart going in, I notice they are putting in 5W30. I talk to the tech and the assistant manager and they flush and refill with the proper oil. So far, no big deal, mistakes happen, and the assistant manager there is handling things professionally (nice young guy; did not get his name; I am assuming he is the assistant manager based on his behavior, but I do not know his title for sure). Also, I clearly heard the assistant manager calling for 10W40 multiple times, so I know it was not his mistake. Problem #2: They are done with my truck. While checking out, I ask the assistant manager to confirm that they indeed inflated my tires to 31psi. He first says yes, but then checks the paperwork and notices they did not. He immediately apologizes and tells them to pull my truck back in and fix it. They do. I am getting a bit annoyed but stay calm. Problem #3: I pay and the assistant manager walks me to my truck. One look at it and I see large oil marks on both fenders, oil on the steering wheel, and the stick shift. I point it out to the assistant manager and he wipes it out. More annoyed now but still calm. Problem #4: I drive away, then stop around the corner and check my driver side tires: front is at 36psi, rear is at 25psi! Enough! I drive back and ask for a refund. The manager (an older person who said his name was Joe) simply says he will do nothing for me other than correct the tire pressure. I am now loosing my cool. As I insist, he even threatens (and does) to call the cops to get me forced off his property! EDIT: Problem #5: I noticed today they also did not replace the sticker in my windshield! Wow! This is the worst I have ever been treated by any business. Had I not checked on the oil type myself, no one would or could have found out after the fact. Had I not checked my tires, I would have driven off with unsafe tire pressures, and certainly not the pressures I expressly requested. This after using this facility probably 30 or 40 times in the last 8 years. Let me be very clear that I am NOT complaining about the behavior of the presumed assistant manager there (the younger employee). If anything, his excellent reactive attitude and professional behavior are the one thing that made the initial steps through these problems no more than a slight annoyance. The same cannot be said of the manager (Joe), who treated me in a completely unprofessional and rude manner.

Got a coupon for $24.99 for signature service oil change. Took my own oil in (synthetic) and was floored when they quoted me at north of $70. After back and...
