I made an appointment and I got in and out quickly with new tires, alignment, and battery check. Place was clean, Mark and Frankie were great with my car and I appreciate having new tires in time for the snow coming this week. Thanks guys for your help.

I've typically had decent experiences with this Firestone. I've had quite a few oil changes here and never any major problems. I own a 4 year old truck that has never had any issues whatsoever. I took my truck in for an oil change and took it home. The next day, it wouldn't start and had a dead battery. I looked back at my paperwork from the first visit which showed a complimentary battery check with a good battery. Got it jumped and took it back in and the guy there tested it again and said the battery has a short and is dead and needs to be replaced. The guy there refused to acknowledge there was a chance anything had happened at the shop and proceeded to try to sell me a very expensive battery, saying its the only one they had. I took my truck up the street to parts shop and got a battery installed for $80 cheaper than Firestone wanted. I'm not saying Firestone did anything intentionally or even accidentally, however it felt like it wasn't a coincidence that a truck battery that never showed any signs of being weak or having any issues suddenly dies a day after this shop had my vehicle. Just want to get this story out there in case others have had similar experiences here and this becomes a trend.
