Yesterday I had an issue with Motorhome and a local auto parts store suggested Jiffy Lube might have the solution. Very impressed with all the people working here. Even though my issue would probably not involve a sale they enthusiastically made every effort to help And help they did. I don't think you can go wrong with this Jiffy Lube location.

I've been getting oil changes here for years. I got my oil changed, got my receipt and went out to my car. My windows weren't cleaned and the car wasn't vacuumed, which isn't a problem, except that my receipt states it was. I was told multiple times while I was there that they were "short on staff" and "sorry for the wait". However, the asst manager had time to go through all the "factory recommendations" and solicit a donation for a kid to go to camp. I went back in to discuss with him and was told "if you wait a few minutes, I can do that for you" I explained that I didn't care about the windows, I am more concerned about him doing the right thing. So, now I'm wondering if my oil really got changed and the other things serviced that my receipt indicates. I work in a service industry, too, and I get the short staffed issue. I don't like lack of integrity.
