Atrocious customer service, from the service writer to the service manager, to the general store manager. If you are attempting to use your lifetime warranty on brakes or tire rotations, alignments or a bad battery, you will most definitely receive the worst possible customer service ever. But, if you are coming there to spend Hundreds or Thousands of Dollars for Service related Repairs, Purchase New Tires, Etc. Etc., they'll be your best friend in the world. I am more than disappointed to say the least. I have been a loyal customer for more than 15 years with the Firestone Corporation. I deserve far more than an simple apology for the total lack of disrespect my mother and I received from this place of business. I'm ashamed that any business could treat a customer so shamefully, and in the process think they've done nothing wrong. Well let the truth be told, consumers have hundreds of alternative options of places to go for Automotive Repairs and Maintenance. I want everyone to know about my awful experience. I hope everyone who reads this fully understands how awfully I was treated, and how nobody cares at all, not even their regional district manager, or their corporate headquarters. Part Two. I told them my battery was bad, and will need replacement. I bought it only two years ago. When I arrived to pick up my car after they kept it for an entire week for some simple repairs. The first thing I asked was, did you replace my battery? They responded, there was nothing wrong with it. I said to them, are you sure? Because my battery had died in my driveway on three separate occasions. Their response was, it tested good. He looked at me as if I was crazy, and in a very rude manner said to me, if you want to replace it we can replace it for you, but there's nothing wrong with it. I said, if you feel so adamantly about that, I can just take it home, and if I have an another issue, I can just bring it back. So I proceeded to pay for my bill which included, front brakes, rotors, and brake pads. Upon entering my vehicle, I proceeded to start it, and the battery was completely dead. All I needed was, click click click click click click click. I proceeded to go back inside, and he asked what's wrong, I responded by saying my battery is dead. I said I asked you folks to replace it a week ago, but you decided there was nothing wrong with it. After they brought the jumper box outside to start the vehicle, they called me up to the counter to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the battery again, can you believe it? I said how could you tell me there's nothing wrong with my battery after it's dead in your parking lot? He angrily said to me, there's nothing wrong with your battery!They decided to go out to the shop to retest the battery, and then came back inside to tell me your battery is defective, and will need to be replaced. I could not believe my ears, I thought I was hearing things. After installing the new battery I proceeded to leave the shop after paying my bill. This was the most exhausting experience, I've ever endured at any auto repair facility in my life. I asked my mother to drive my car, and I'll drive the recently repaired car home to her place. Luckily, I'm an excellent driver. As I approach the first red traffic light, I began applying my brakes, and realized, there were none. I just had new brake pads, new brake rotors, and new brake calipers installed. They kept my car for an entire week, and sent me home with a car with a bad battery, and no breaks to safely arrive at home. If I was unable to pump the brakes, and use the emergency brake to stop the car, I would've had a very bad car accident or possibly could've been killed. They never apologized! I spoke to the district manager, and explained to him what had occurred, and that was the last I heard from him. I'm not saying don't go to Firestone because of how rude they are. I'm saying don't go there, if you value your life! Stay away, and stay alive! Goodbye Firestone.
