I called to get an oil change quote and appt for 2016 vehicle with 15000 mi. On the phone I was told a routine inspection and tire rotation was included which I wanted. At check in for 230 appt which I was told would take 45 minutes, I noted and signed for the work which included the rotation. I was able to see the vehicle in the bay at all times from the waiting lounge. Over a 90 minutes period (not 45) the car went up to drain oil and swap filter, the car came down to refill oil and was backed out. When I was called for paperwork I asked if the tires had been rotated as requested and work ordered. I was advised they had been rotated. I then advised that I witnessed no rotation and was told it was an error and would now be done. Bottom line is the tires looked great because they are newish and I rotate on schedule. The tech opted not to rotate assuming that most consumers would never notice. The issue is representative of lack of credibility and a breech of trust. I have purchased tires there before and had other minor service. I will take my 3 vehicles elsewhere in future. I suggest you do same. As always, buyer beware.

Been taking our vehicles (five of them) there for over ten years. The first sign that they were slipping was that they had to replace the steering rack on my Silverado twice in two years. The store manager at the time, led me to believe that the previous management at that store had done some quasi-ethical things (his words : "I think I know what happened. I can't legally talk about it, but all I can say is that manager no longer works for the company"). He assured me that he would take care of it personally and all was well at that point. Fast forward to three weeks ago. My wife's Subaru had a nail in the driver's front tire Saturday morning (5/5). She informed the store that she was driving out of town for work the next day. We scheduled an appointment and she took it in the next day (Sunday, 5/6). She spoke with the manager, T***, who informed her there were in fact three tires with nails in them. The driver rear and passenger front had nails that could not be patched (in the shoulder / sidewall). They tried to sell us four new tires, which we weren't ready for at that time. He assured her he would have the driver front tire patched and we could return at another time for the new tires. Halfway to Chattanooga that night, the TPMS light came back on and she had to pull over to the side of the road at 10:30p. The same tire Tires Plus said they fixed was leaking again. She reinflated it and got to her destination safely. The next evening (5/7), after my wife sent me a picture of the nail still in the tire, I spoke with the service consultant B******, who initially apologized, offered to reverse the charges, and said he would look into it. I told him she wouldn't be back until the following Friday, so he had time to figure out what happened. I also called corporate that evening and expressed my displeasure with the situation. I was assigned a case number and told by S** (CS agent) that it would be escalated to the area manager. One week goes by and I have not heard from T***, B******, or the area manager. I spoke with customer service agent M**** on 5/13 and she assured me that it would be escalated to the regional manager. As of 5/20, I have not heard from anyone at the store, the area manager, or the regional manager. Today (5/21), my wife took the car to a competitor, who pulled the tire, found a patch (in the center of the tread patch) 180* from the nail that is still in the tire, that T*** said could be patched. The only patch in that tire was verified as a patch that the competitor had done 6-8 months previous when this store couldn't fit us in for a rush patch. B****** was called and he began backpedaling immediately. He claimed he couldn't reverse what the store charged us, unless we came into the store. He also said they may have repaired the passenger rear tire (which was the only tire his store manager, T*** said was free of nails). His claim was that he couldn't verify which tire had been repaired because the "carbon copy" paperwork they use was "smudged". When my wife told him what the competing store found, he said we needed to bring the car in so he could inspect the tires. Not repairing that tire, after being assured by the store manager that they could repair the tire he knew would be used to travel over 100 miles, at night by my wife, is unacceptable. Even worse, is the seeming lack of concern by anyone at the store, the area manager, the regional manager or corporate to address this issue, shows me a complete and udder disregard for the safety and concern for the customers of this particular store and company. I can not, in good conscience, recommend this store to anyone.

After receiving the news my 2003 CRV needed a new engine I went to Tires Plus for a second opinion. I could not be happier that I did! I left my car and in just a couple of hours they called to tell me that yes the oil leaks were bad but several gaskets and a cellenoid later my car is up and running without fear of breaking down. They let me know my rear brakes needed to be replaced but in no way pressured me to do added work. I will be taking my vehicles to the Sandy Plains Tires Plus from here on out.
